Da proxima vez que voce acessar sua conta na KTO apos 1? de janeiro de 2025, sera solicitado que voce:

Aceite os Termos e Condicoes e a Politica de Privacidade atualizados.
Verifique seu e-mail e numero de celular para manter sua conta segura.
Complete o processo de verificacao de identidade (Face&ID).
Esses passos sao fundamentais para garantir que sua conta permaneca ativa e em conformidade com as regulamentacoes brasileiras. Embora essas novas regras sejam essenciais, a KTO se compromete a oferecer a voce uma experiencia tranquila.

Atualizando Seus Dados de Conta
Precisa atualizar seu e-mail ou numero de telefone? E facil! Voce pode fazer essas alteracoes diretamente nas configuracoes da sua conta KTO. Basta acessar sua conta, ir para a secao “Minha Conta” e clicar em “Configuracoes” para editar seus dados. Esta tudo em suas maos – voce pode gerenciar as informacoes da sua conta com apenas alguns cliques!

Se precisar alterar dados mais sensiveis (como nome ou data de nascimento), o suporte da KTO esta a disposicao para ajudar. Eles irao orienta-lo pelo processo e auxiliar no envio de qualquer documentacao necessaria.
